How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and will be able to track your order from there.
What shipping options do I have?
Orders shipping to Canada are available to be shipped to all provinces through FedEx ground or Canada Post dependent on your package type.
How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships out.
Where do you ship to?

Can I use a Vintage Hotels Gift Card?
