Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase email.

Return Process
Returns must be requested by phone or email, to begin the return process, please contact us at onlinestore@vintage-hotels.com or 1-905-468-1362 Ext. 407460. Refunds will be processed at our discretion once the items have been inspected.

You may return your item(s) purchased on our website by mail or carrier of your choice, please ensure that you ship your item(s) by traceable mail. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must initiate the return process to receive a refund, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions
Certain types of items sold through our Gift Shop cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and flowers).

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at onlinestore@vintage-hotels.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
